親愛的家長：您好！冬季是各種傳染病的高發(fā)季節(jié)，隨著氣溫逐漸下降，新冠、流感、百日咳和水痘等呼吸道疾病及諾如病毒感染性腹瀉等腸道傳染病發(fā)病風險逐漸增加，請您和孩子一起做好以下防護：針對呼吸道疾病，需要做到1.科學佩戴口罩，保持良好的個人衛(wèi)生習慣，如勤洗手、咳嗽和打噴嚏時要用紙巾；2.保持居住或學習環(huán)境的清潔和通風；3.合理飲食，適量運動，充足睡眠，增強免疫力；4.減少與有呼吸道癥狀人群的密切接觸，在人群密集的公共場所加強個人防護；5.做好孩子的健康監(jiān)測，如出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱等癥狀，應視情況及時就醫(yī)；6.可以進行新冠、流感、肺炎球菌等疫苗的接種。針對腸道傳染病，需要做到1. 督促養(yǎng)成健康的生活習慣，勤洗手；2. 食用瓜果前要洗凈去皮，海產(chǎn)品要煮熟煮透后再食用; 注意生熟分開，避免交叉感染；3.如果出現(xiàn)嘔吐、腹瀉癥狀，建議不要帶病上學。溫馨提示為了保護孩子的健康，學校也積極做好各種防范、防護工作，包括每天提前做好教室及公共區(qū)域的清潔、消毒、通風等相應措施，餐廳為孩子們提供健康營養(yǎng)飲食，班主任持續(xù)關注孩子們的健康狀況。希望家長和學校共同為孩子做好健康防護工作，感謝您的配合與支持！上海美高雙語學校2024年12月Dear parents,Greetings!Winter is the season of high incidence of various infectious diseases as the temperature gradually drops.
