“意大利人是歐洲的中國人”——上海和米蘭，驚人的相似之處！

米蘭人是意大利的上海人？這兩座友好城市有著特殊的聯(lián)系和驚人的相似之處！去年9月，為了在米蘭舉辦上海時(shí)尚日活動(dòng)，上海國際時(shí)尚聯(lián)合會(huì)秘書長宋波在這座意大利時(shí)尚之都度過了一個(gè)月的時(shí)間?！耙獯罄耸菤W洲的中國人，”他用比喻的方式回顧著那些和意大利人打交道的日子?！岸滋m人是意大利的上海人?！痹谒壑?，上海與米蘭，雖然身處不同大陸，但同為聯(lián)合國教科文組織全球創(chuàng)意城市網(wǎng)絡(luò)（Creative Cities Network）的成員城市，這兩座城市有著驚人的跨越空間、國界與文化的相似之處。

意大利建筑師、藝術(shù)家和國際策展人范嘉雷出生于米蘭附近的亞歷山德里亞，并于2000 年移居上海。他和宋波有著一樣的感受：“人們都會(huì)認(rèn)同說米蘭和上海有著特殊的聯(lián)系和許多相似之處，尤其是在社會(huì)和人們的行為和思維方式上?！薄癊verybody agrees that Milan and Shanghai have a special connection and there are many similarities — especially in the way that society and people act and think,” said Gabriele Fezia, an Italian architect, artist and curator who comes from Alessandria near Milan and moved to Shanghai in 2000.

早在1979年6月25日，上海和米蘭就成為了中國和意大利間的第*對(duì)友好城市。隨著2010 年上海世博會(huì)和 2015 年米蘭世博會(huì)的成功舉辦，這段友城關(guān)系也在兩屆世博舉辦接力的過程中變得牢固。自那以后，上海和米蘭之間的合作與交流也進(jìn)一步得到了深化。In 1979, exactly 45 years ago, Shanghai and Milan joined hands to become the first pair of sister cities between China and Italy. The friendship has been particularly enhanced in light of the passing of the baton between the two World Expos, namely the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai and the 2015 World Expo in Milan, thanks to a memorandum of cooperation being signed between the organizing committees of both sides. 范嘉雷表示：“2015 年之后，上海和米蘭真正開啟了合作，雙方都采取了很多舉措促進(jìn)合作交流。例如，米蘭國際家具（上海）展覽會(huì)自2016年開幕以來，取得了巨大的成功。我們也能看到意大利的生活方式和元素在中國得到了推廣。”“After 2015, Shanghai and Milan really established serious cooperation. There have been a lot of initiatives on both sides. They are setting up exhibitions such as the Shanghai branch of the Salon del Mobile — a notable annual furnishing exhibition in Milan since ages ago. It has been a big success (since its inauguration in 2016) and we have seen Italian lifestyle elements promoted on many occasions in China,” said Fezia.在上海和米蘭交流合作的諸多領(lǐng)域中，時(shí)尚與設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)尤為亮眼。若問起世界的“時(shí)尚之都”“設(shè)計(jì)之都”是哪里，米蘭一定榜上有名；而若問起中國*潮流、*時(shí)尚的地方是哪里，上海也一定不遑多讓。米蘭是著名的歷史文化名城，擁有國際四大時(shí)裝周之一的“米蘭時(shí)裝周”，是全球設(shè)計(jì)師向往的地方之一。幾乎世界所有的時(shí)裝品牌都在此設(shè)立機(jī)構(gòu)，半數(shù)以上時(shí)裝大牌在這里設(shè)立總部，是公認(rèn)的世界時(shí)尚之都之一。

近年來，隨著上海大力推進(jìn)建設(shè)世界“設(shè)計(jì)之都”和“時(shí)尚之都”，“上海時(shí)裝周”等標(biāo)志性活動(dòng)的海內(nèi)外影響力逐年提升，本地的時(shí)尚、設(shè)計(jì)和創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)飛速發(fā)展，吸引了來自全國乃至全世界的人才來到這里尋找機(jī)遇。 

知名意大利建筑師和設(shè)計(jì)師安東·西比克自1977年起就生活在米蘭，他2018年遷居上海，現(xiàn)擔(dān)任同濟(jì)大學(xué)榮譽(yù)教授并擁有自己的工作室。他說：“上海和米蘭一樣，是不同的人相互認(rèn)識(shí)、交流和產(chǎn)出的地方。而在這之后，你會(huì)創(chuàng)造新的機(jī)會(huì)和業(yè)務(wù)，創(chuàng)造新的設(shè)計(jì)和可能?！薄癝hanghai, like Milan, is the place where different people meet to know each other, to exchange and to produce. Then after that, you create new opportunities, new business, new design and new possibilities,” said Aldo Cibic, an acclaimed Italian architect and designer and an honorary professor at Shanghai"s Tongji University who relocated to Shanghai in 2018 after having lived in Milan since 1977.

西比克是國際知名的設(shè)計(jì)師和建筑師，也是著名的孟菲斯集團(tuán)的創(chuàng)始人之一，對(duì)后現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)做出了舉足輕重的貢獻(xiàn)。他說上海讓他想起了 20 世紀(jì) 80 年代的米蘭那種生機(jī)勃勃的氛圍：“我無比喜歡上海的時(shí)尚，因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)在這里的人們?cè)谕ㄟ^他們的著裝方式來表達(dá)自己，這與 80 年代在米蘭發(fā)生的事情如出一轍......”As an internationally acclaimed designer and architect, and a pivotal contributor to postmodern design as the co-founder of the renowned Memphis Group, Cibic said Shanghai reminds him of Milan’s vibrant atmosphere in the 1980s.“I like how Shanghai is fashionable. Here people are expressing themselves through the way they dress, which is the same thing happening in Milan in the 80s,” said Cibic.

西比克表示，米蘭在設(shè)計(jì)和時(shí)尚方面底蘊(yùn)十足，長久以來它就是以這些領(lǐng)域而著稱，而上海還有許多故事有待書寫。一切皆未可知，這就是我喜愛這里的原因?！癕ilan is a mature city with a rich heritage in design and fashion; it has long been renowned in these fields. Shanghai has many stories yet to be written. Everything is still unknown, and that"s why I love being here,” said Cibic.近些年來，上海和米蘭在設(shè)計(jì)和時(shí)尚領(lǐng)域交流密切。今年四月，“上海時(shí)尚出品”出海計(jì)劃——設(shè)計(jì)滬航米蘭站在意大利米蘭設(shè)計(jì)周期間成功舉辦。這個(gè)為期一周的展覽以“設(shè)計(jì)翩然游龍今夢(mèng)”為主題，展示了27個(gè)以上海為主的優(yōu)質(zhì)時(shí)尚消費(fèi)品，涵蓋服裝、配飾、護(hù)膚品等。Earlier this year, an exhibition organized by Shanghai Design Week landed in Milan for the first time. Themed “Designing Dragon, Fusion of Tradition & Innovation”, the seven-day event in April featured 27 fashion consumer brands, including clothing, accessories, skin care products, and household items, primarily from Shanghai.再早一些的去年九月，作為 2023 年世界設(shè)計(jì)之都大會(huì)的一部分，一場(chǎng)名為 “上海時(shí)尚日”的時(shí)裝秀在米蘭引發(fā)了一個(gè)小小的轟動(dòng)，讓上海的時(shí)尚品牌成為了全球矚目的焦點(diǎn)。A bit earlier, as part of the World Design Cities Conference 2023, a fashion show named Shanghai Fashion Day made waves last September in Milan, bringing Shanghai fashion brands under the global spotlight.宋波回憶道：“這次活動(dòng)取得了巨大成功，得到了廣泛認(rèn)可。在這次的活動(dòng)中我也感受到，是意大利人、歐洲人，他們對(duì)我們中國的時(shí)尚特別感興趣，這一點(diǎn)是完全出乎我的意料。他們完全是一種帶著欣賞和崇敬的方式，骨子里邊是對(duì)中國文化、中國時(shí)尚的一種渴望。他們很想知道?！薄癐t was a big success and received extensive recognition. Through the event, we are surprised to find out that Italians and Europeans are actually very interested in Chinese fashion, with appreciation, respect and yearning,” said Song Bo, secretary-general of Shanghai International Fashion Federation, one of the show’s organizers.這場(chǎng)秀高朋滿座，其中就有意大利時(shí)尚全國商會(huì)榮譽(yù)、意大利中國理事基金會(huì)馬里奧·波塞利。Mario Boselli, the honorary president of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion and president of the Italy China Council Foundation, was among the distinguished guests present at the Shanghai Fashion Day.

波塞利說：“中國設(shè)計(jì)師所走的新路是正確的，他們以現(xiàn)代的方式重新詮釋古老的歷史元素。我認(rèn)為這是上海（的設(shè)計(jì)和時(shí)尚）在國際市場(chǎng)上展現(xiàn)出的*積極的一面。”“The new and correct path that the Chinese designers took involves reinterpreting ancient historical elements in a modern way. I find this to be the most positive aspect of Shanghai, as its products are accessible to the international market,” said Boselli.在一次又一次的探索后，上海的時(shí)尚與設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)也無比期待未來同米蘭有進(jìn)一步的深入交流與合作。宋波表示：“其實(shí)雙方現(xiàn)在都在互相學(xué)習(xí)和升級(jí)換代。我們希望能夠把通過上海跟米蘭的交流，把我們就已經(jīng)有的東西以交流的方式再帶到西方去。能夠以新的方式、在新的一個(gè)起點(diǎn)上面，把西方的文化跟我們現(xiàn)在的文化去做一些交流?！薄癇oth the West and us are learning from each other and upgrading. Through the exchanges between Shanghai and Milan, we expect to stand at a new starting point and find a new way, to promote the communication and exchanges of cultures in our current contexts,” said Song, who has high hopes for the potential of future collaboration between the two cities.波塞利指出，上海和米蘭的友城關(guān)系是中意關(guān)系的紐帶?！吧虾：兔滋m之間的關(guān)系具有重要的歷史意義，我認(rèn)為我們需要回顧歷史和預(yù)測(cè)未來。上海和米蘭之間的密切關(guān)系正映照了中國和意大利之間的緊密聯(lián)系，未來，上海和米蘭的友城關(guān)系將繼續(xù)成為聯(lián)結(jié)兩個(gè)大國的橋梁?！盉oselli pointed out that the twinning between Shanghai and Milan could act as a link between China and Italy. “The relations between Shanghai and Milan are historically important, and I believe that we need to look at the history to predict the future. The warmth and intensity of the relations between Shanghai and Milan depict the strong connection between China and Italy, and the sister-city friendship will continue to be a bridge between the two great countries in the future.”
