Anna, on the other hand, felt that design was just as important and time-consuming, and she didn’t appreciate his tone. The two of them started raising their voices and arguing in the middle of the library, which made everyone around a bit uncomfortable.沖突始于我們分配演示任務(wù)時。杰森覺得他比其他成員，尤其是負(fù)責(zé)幻燈片設(shè)計的安娜，分擔(dān)了太多工作。他認(rèn)為安娜做的是“輕松”的部分，而他卻要寫大部分內(nèi)容。另一方面，安娜覺得設(shè)計同樣重要且耗時，并且她不喜歡杰森說話的語氣。他倆開始在圖書館里大聲爭吵，讓周圍的人都有些尷尬。At first, I didn’t know how to step in, but after things calmed down, another teammate and I suggested we all sit down and go over the tasks again. We decided to break everything down into smaller parts and redistribute the workload more clearly and fairly. Once we talked things through, both of them realized it was mostly a misunderstanding and that they had been under a lot of pressure from other classes too.起初我不知道怎么介入，但等他們冷靜后，我和另一個組員建議大家一起坐下重新梳理任務(wù)。我們決定把所有任務(wù)拆分成更小的部分，更清晰、公平地重新分配工作量。溝通清楚后，他們倆意識到這主要是場誤會，而且當(dāng)時他們其他課程的壓力也很大。Honestly, I felt awkward at the time because I didn’t want to take sides. But after the issue was solved, I was relieved and actually felt proud of how maturely everyone handled it in the end. It taught me that good communication is key, especially when working as a team.說實話，當(dāng)時我覺得挺尷尬的，因為我不想站隊。但問題解決后，我松了口氣，甚至為最后大家成熟的處理方式感到自豪。這件事教會我，良好的溝通是關(guān)鍵，尤其是在團(tuán)隊協(xié)作中。
